How is it possible to see board certified doctor for $20 ? We are not here much for profit in our clinic. Please refer to "Dr. Arani Founder" page for details
why the clinic does not accept private insurance despite much higher consultaion reimbursement ? We are here for non-insured patients (Please read Dr Arani Page). We believe private routine insurance patients have their own doctor and have no problem finding a clinic to go to. In this way we could see our patients with minimal waiting walk in time and make it
a pleasant experience for you.
I pay for one visit could I talk about my other medical conditions? Yes you could , doctor will answer all your questions and concern. you could return within 2 weeks for free if you forgot to discuss your other medical problem as well.
Do I see the same doctor when I return? Yes we strongly believe in continuity of the care
Will I be seen by nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant Just because it is $20 consultation? NO, you will be seen by Board Certified Medical Doctor MD ONLY.
I have my own doctor but I need to see doctor today? We recomend that you see your own doctor ,however,If your doctor does not have time to see you today, we do. We work with your doctor for continuing of care. We will be happy to provide a letter to explain for your doctor of your medical condition upon finish your visit in our clinic.
How far are you ? We have chose to be in Pacoima California to be in center and fair distance to many different community in Los Angeles and surrounding . If you consider your waiting time in other clinic and virtual no waiting time for our clinic then you realize that it worth to drive few minutes. please refer to our address page for driving direction or call us at 818 897 8000.
Could I call my doctor for questions later? absolutely, again low $20 consultation fee will not alter the quality of the care just call the clinic and ask to get your doctor on the phone for any questions you may have
How could I pay for my medical service? You could pay cash or with debit or credit card at day of the service
I have form to be filled out ? we prepare variety of many different forms from school physical, employment, DMV, disability and
so on. some of them required laboratory work up and some not, some simple single page and some complicated multiple pages.
I just need TB test for my job or school? No problem we will place PPD test for you but you need to return to clinic in 48h for reading the test
I need MRI, CT scan or special type of imaging? We are affiliated with a radiology center with special accommodations for non-insured patients
Do any of my family member will find out about my medical condition? No your visit is confidential and only you could access to your medical record in view of HIPA regulations
I can not make it on time for my appointment what should I do ? Be late , be early , No problem , you are always welcome . We will not give you hard time! . It is our policy because most of our patients coming from long distance
